Contract Terms of Groups of 5 rooms or more

A Contract is issued by The Groups Department, this needs to be signed in order for inclusions as mentioned above to be received.

A deposit equal to ten percent (10%) of the full program NET room revenue is required to confirm the rooms.

A second deposit equal to 35% of the NET group value is due ninety (90) days prior to the groups scheduled arrival date.

Final balance on the total NET group value is required forty-five (45) days prior to arrival, along with a final rooming list and flight information.

Cancellation (Rooms, Room Nights, or Guests):

120 days or more prior to group arrival, there will be no fee for any cancellation.

Any cancellation between 119 and 90 days prior to arrival date, the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable.

Within 89 - 45 days of the scheduled day of arrival, 45% of full room revenue will be charged for any cancellation.

Any cancellation or "NO SHOW" 45 days to arrival date will be charged 100% penalty of the full room revenue.

Payment Terms:

If accommodation has been booked and confirmed through a Travel Agent/ Tour Operator then payment is made to Travel Agent / Tour Operator.
